In the rain Syrenia lay, next to Lupus' tombstone; Chocking back sobs at a time. She trembled and put her hands over her face while allowing her tears to continue cascading down her cheeks.
"Lupus... You said you'd never leave..." She rolled onto ehr side and pulled her knees to her chest, allowing the rain to continue pattering against her cold skin.

"Crying in the rain... It is very unbecoming of an Alpha werewolf..." His voice held some sarcastic play in them, as if trying to lighten the mood. Stretching his leathery wings, Lemartes shielded Syrenia from the rain. He was in the form of a large silver dragon, and had crept up to her side while she was mourning.
Not really minding the rain drops falling upon his head, he snaked his neck down to read the tombstone's inscription. Lupus, of course... "I see you are still in grief, old friend... But one mustn't dwell on the past... For your people's sake, your daughter's sake, as well as your own..."

Syrenia blinked up at Lemartes, in surprise and transformed into a wolf, shaking the rain-drops from her pelt. Although her eyes were still blurred with tears, her voice was cool and un-wavering. "Lemartes, I...." She paused breifly before shaking her head and morphing back into a human "Thought I was alone." She nodded "You're right.... It's just been a long, and very stressful day." She frowned "And I haven't mourned in a while...." She nodded "I know-- It, I... It's no excuse." She smiled bitter-sweetly "Tell me, old friend; What brings you here?"

With an understanding nod, he smiled lightly. "We all miss him, Lady Syrenia... And we shall never forget the great deeds he has done for us all... As for mourning, it is alright, I suppose, to a certain extent, as long as it does not pull your attention and focus away from more present issues." Lemartes had lost many friends over the course of his long life, and so, he was not as badly affected by death, unlike the other younger races. "Besides, I am sure he is watching over you and your daughter, still."
Getting back to business, he cleared his throat and brought his head to her eye level. "Ah, yes, well we've been experimenting with transformations as of late, and managed to pull off a form that is similar in most respects to a vampire. Pale skin, fangs, all the outside appearances... Hopefully we could slip a man in and get rid of their leader."

Syrenia frowned when he mentioned transfroming into a vampire "But Lemartes, Their leader may be dulled by surprise... But you would need to send a very powerful warrior to defeat a race's leader..." She murmered calmly.

With a deep sigh, he looked away and nodded. "True... And... I'm afraid that who ever the task befalls onto, they will not be able to escape... It is a hard choice, but we are willing to make the sacrifice if need be... Your kind has saved us from becoming their slaves, it is only fitting we risk our lives to do the same for you."

"I could help you with that." Jason's soft voice broke through the rain as his shadowy figure stepped into view. Like out of nowhere he came, silent and lethal. It was a good thing these two were on his side. Jason raised his nose slightly in the air, his black eyes falling upon the dragon and wolf. But he knew who they were, Lady Syrenia and Lemartes, it was no doubt about it. Jason's lips pursed as he studied the figures, it had been a long time since he had spoken. Matters were urgent though, he could give a little noise now and then. His ears slipped back against the rain as he shifted his weight to his other foot, a hand resting on a pouch of poison while the other hanged loosely at his side. Matters were very urgent indeed. Craning his neck around, Lemartes raised an eye ridge at the neko's presence. So small and fragile, Jason seemed... But, being a shapeshifter, Lemartes knew very well how something diminuitive could be quite deadly... Not recognizing the boy's face, Lemartes squinted, ignoring the drops of rain that hit his large eyes. "And who might you be, little one?" His voice was curious, if anything. "What do you think you can do against an army of vampires? You cannot mask who you are... If you are looking for a shot to fame, choose another time..."

Syrenia noded with a smile before inhaling deeply, catching his scent... Through the rain she couldn't get it clearly, so she simply strained her ears and listened for his response to Lemartes.

Jason smiled. It had been a long time since he had smiled...it almost felt alien to his lips. "I'm addressed as Jason" He answered dipping his head in a bow. As he spoke Jason's voice sounded faint, almost like he was standing far away and fell like petals into the wind as it was carried away. Only people with keen ears could actually hear what he was saying. Jason took a step closer as his blinked water from his eyelashes his cat tail flowing like a wave behind him. "If by chance you haven't heard of me, I am an assassin" He added with a second thought. Jason could actually do quite well against an army of vampires. Slip a bit of poison in their beloved well and they are surely not to live long.

Syrenia smiled; Yet another of ther Allies, a Neko. She blinked unsurely before shaking her head and smiling bitter-sweetly "The Shifters can morph into vampires...." She notioned to his tail "I think they'd notice your... difference."
She folded her arms and smiled, it had been a long time since a Neko had visited the Lycan land, and she was grateful he had now.

An assassin? Staring at Jason with more respect now, Lemartes thought this over. "Very well then, Jason... I'm all ears... What do you have planned, and what do you need my kind to do?" Surely he didn't mean to go in there himself and get the job done. With all do respect, Jason would probably have been caught before getting to his destination.

]Jason glanced at the lycan and merely gave her a small smile, small yet someone mischievous, like he knew something she didn't. Turning his gaze back to wards Lemartes Jason continued his smile as he raised a hand the slender fingers gloved with white silk. Tapping his head lightly he gave the shape shifter a polite look, though it clearly said 'I'm not going to tell you.' "Your people merely needs to sit and wait" Jason answered to the man's second question. Taking several steps closer, Jason's feet making no sounds, Jason leaned forward in front of Lemartes. "But here is a hint" He whispered his voice barely audible, the lycan even sitting close probably couldn't here his words. At his belt a metallic click sound and Jason grasped on of Lemartes's hands with his free one. Slipping a small round bottle Jason curled the shape shifters fingers around the glass. "Don't eat it please" Jason told him. And as silently as Jason had arrived, he had disappeared, disappearing into the rain.

Shifting into his human form, Lemartes kept a raised brow as Jason came closer. He also retained his dragon wings, although they were much smaller then before. Still using one to shade Syrenia, he used the other to cover Jason, knowing that cats hated getting wet. Or that was his belief, anyways...
Glancing down at his hand when Jason slipped something into his fingers, the shifter blinked. A vial? It took a few seconds to connect, but he got the general message. Nodding his thanks, Lemartes smiled lightly. "Jason, is it? Thank you for your contribution... I look forward to working with you in the future..." As the neko disappeared, he slipped the vial into his pocket. Interesting...

Rina had watched her mother mourn from up in a tree, quiet as the wind itself as she looked at her, her tears mixed with the rai. She had seen Jason and lemartes, but hadnt taken them iinto considerationd as she stared blankly at her fathers grave. She still remembered the day it had happened. She remembered Them holding her back, dozens of them, holding her back, but they were not of the vampires race, they were of the lycan race. The remembered her tears and screamed as she fought to get to her father, while they held her back, to keep her safe, but she didnt care. She watched each limb be torn from his body as they swarmed him. She heard his screams of rage, mixed with her screams of Fear as they utterly destroyed him. She remembered the pool of blood. IT was raining that day to. The silent tears slid down her face as she stared at the grave, hidden from veiw.
