“Love the ambiance in here. It has a certain, charm, to it don’t you think?” With a mellow chuckle, the man leaned over the pool table, cue stick lined up for a shot. Hardly a second later the clatter of ceramics echoed through the room, interrupting the faint sound of some old rock song playing on the jukebox in the corner. What little light provided in the billiards hall only focused on the green felt tables from above, masking the man’s expression with a shadow as his head tilted down to watch one of the balls roll into a pocket. “Stripes again? Hmph.” Regardless of the outcome he continued to play by himself as time wore on.
Once he ended the game nearly half an hour later, his eyes shifted their view to a clock on the wall. It read 2am, on the dot. Tapping his cue stick against his shoulder as silence prevailed he then wondered over to a body hunched over the bar counter and fished out the man’s wallet from his pocket. His gaze happened to fall upon an unopened bottle of whiskey. He took that too. The demon used his teeth to yank out the cap before taking a long drink from the bottle as he swaggered over to the lifeless jukebox. After inserting all of the wallet’s coins into the machine his finger then pressed down upon a button labeled ‘random.’
And so the music continued, and he made his merry way back to his pool table, stepping on the broken glass, debris, and the occasional body strewn out all over the floor in a random manner. The carpet made a squishing sound in some areas, moist with blood. But this hardly seemed to bother him. Setting his now half empty bottle of whiskey down on the fine green surface of his table, he began to setup for another game before a coarse moan distracted his attention. “Oh walk it off, you wuss.” His voice trailed off as realization tapped at his shoulder. Wraith then took an absentminded glance at one of the nearer pool tables, with a werewolf laying face up on it.
Four cue sticks had been used to skewer the lycan’s arms and legs down, but other then that he seemed unharmed. Continuing on with his new game though Wraith merely shook his head as he yet again, was stuck with the striped balls again. “Sorry Jacob, but my surprise at your regenerative skill is being replaced by my surprise at my bad luck tonight. But let’s pray that billiards is the only thing that does not go my way tonight, eh?”

"What else could not go your way, Wraith?" Snarled the vicious female as she emerged from the shadows she had been seated in. Curled brown hair bounces as she moved. For once, all of her hair was down. It framed her face, which flashed angrily. Her chains rattled around her as she raised a brow at the male demon. With graceful movements, she easily crawled on top of his pool table, laying out, blocking all of the shots he could make. She did not like to be a pawn, and he and Raven both would know soon enough.
Elle slipped out from the shadows at the same time as Chainz, the two massive demon dogs at their side's, snarling and snapping at Jacob's limp body. Elle placed herself beside Chainz on the table.
Chainz rose and the two sat, back to back, on the table. With Elle bare skin, and Chainz's alluring features, the two were quite a sight.. But none of this would matter to Wraith. Nor were they trying to be of his fantasy's.. They merely wanted answers.. And payment.

Wraith was about to take another shot until a familiar, but deadly voice called out from behind him. But the demon simply smiled and continued on with his game until he was interrupted. Once more his chuckle echoed in the relatively empty hall as he straightened up. "Well, it'd be a shame if you drank the rest of my whiskey, but I suspect that's the least of my problems, huh?" The sound of two growls alerted him to Chainz’s partner, Elle. Of course you couldn’t find one without the other being nearby. Laying his cue stick on his shoulders behind his neck he then draped his hands over the stick from behind.
“If you’re inquiring about Raven’s existence, you both know that I’m not allowed to harm him. And so, I’ve set a lure for someone else to do the job. Someone that has a bone to pick with the fallen angels.” As he talked he circled the table, noting with mild irritation that their movements had disturbed the original placement of the various orbs on the table. Finding the one he had to pocket next, he then picked up where he left off, as if they were never on the table to begin with. Granted the playing area was a tad smaller now, but it was doable.
“Keera has developed a bleeding heart, and won’t go to war on her own. So by giving her a discreet nudge in the right direction, her kind can finally take the assertive step forward that they so rightly deserve. In other words,” Wraith paused as he spotted his next target near Elle’s foot. “Raven will die,” Shooting the sphere into a pocket in one shot, he moved on to the next one. “and his sacrifice will be the beginning of a new age for these lands..” Again, he managed to sink his target even with the two girls on the table. Moving to line up his next shot he smiled. “A world where people like us, can rest assured that we will never be bored again..” A shadow fell over his face as he tilted his head down, his one eye glowing ominously as a wide grin stretched his lips.

Chainz had indeed heard of Keera's sudden sulking behavior.. And Raven had picked up right where Adrias left.. Raven was one of their top priority's...
"People like us? I say people like them... There is nothing wrong with us.. We are a perfect creature... Creatures... " She yawned, watching him continue. Her hand fell over the cue ball as she leaned in close to his face, quite enjoying the darker look her had taken on. "Do not be decieving me Wraith.. Or I will have your head.. And you know it.." She seethed, her eyes flashing.
Picking up the ball, she balanced in in her palm. "Besides.. You know full well Keera will never run the entire dark races.. She is strong, and is wise.."

Wraith held his grin as Chainz leered down at him with an angry threat. “You who embraces the acts of treachery, dares to lecture me about betrayal? Tsk, tsk, Chainz, where are your manners?” By now he had practically given up on his little game of pool, especially since she held the cue ball in her hand. Setting his stick down in favor for his whiskey bottle, he sighed before leaning back against the table and taking a drink. He took his time in chugging the bitter liquid, and used the time to weigh his options. It may be troublesome, but Wraith was confident he could possibly kill them both. But he had to save his strength for now. Not to mention he was expecting someone eventually.
Nonchalantly he tossed the empty bottle aside when he was finished, and placed his hands in his pockets. “You’re really thinking too much about this whole situation though, sweetie. You know if it’s one thing I can’t stand, it’s being bored. So why would I do anything to jeopardize that, hm? You and your lovely partner here have always kept me entertained, so I have no reason to deceive you.” One of his hands slipped out of its hiding place to grab his cue stick, and then he walked off to Jake, still helplessly pinned to a table. “As I’ve said before, ‘I’d rather die laughing, then being bored to death,’ so you just keep on plotting, and I’ll just keep on laughing.”
He finished his sentence by forcing his cue stick through the werewolf’s stomach, and the table to emphasize his point. With a soft chuckle he then ushered the demonic pair of dogs under the table so they could lick up the dripping blood. “And if you think of crossing me, so be it. I’ve escaped hell once already out of boredom. Doing so a second time with thoughts of revenge, will make the joy even more fun!” His crazed grin and daring glare shot back at Chainz now, almost as if he wanted her to try something.

Chainz merely gave him a look of amusement. Treachery? Her? No..Never. Besides. It wasn't betrayel if it was chainz doing it.. It was merely.. Strategy. However betrayal of her own upon her, would end bitterly, bloody, and gruesome..
As he mentioned Elle, she other girl nudged Chainz with her shoulder. She was a pawn, and everyone knew it. Hell, Elle herself knew it. The girl was truly defenseless and worthless on her own.. Without Kaye, she was a mere pet. It was Kayde Chainz wanted.. So Elle stayed in favor. It wasn't like she hid it.
As Wraith shoved the pole through Jacob, she move from the table. Her body brushed against Wraiths as she moved by him, the dogs at her side. As they began to lap up the blood, she crouched down, her skirt brushing the floor gently as she pushed lower. Her finger gently touched the tip of the pole, which was almost touching the ground. Rising, she licked the blood from her finger in one swift motion. "Entertainment. It's what I'm here for." She cooed, moving past him back towards the table. Leaned her back against it, she raised a brow at him.
"As for crossing you, I have no reason. Hell? You mean that playroom you were trapped in? Oh boohoo... get over it. Your out, live free.. Revenge is the sweetest of everything.. Don't think I cant extract it upon you if needed.."

One thing Wraith had always wanted to do, was drive a wedge between Elle and Chainz. It would have been his greatest act of ‘having fun’ in a long, long while. It was clear to him who called the shots in their corner, and it was also clear to him that Elle was not fully content with her position. Ignoring Chainz as she moved to take part in the offering of blood, he looked hard at Elle’s eyes, trying to see what exactly bound her to the other woman. Unable to figure it out by the time Chainz came back to his attention, he smirked and shrugged. “Then it all works out well. You’re providing the entertainment, I’m just here for the fun. So I’m sure we’ll be really good friends from now on, huh?”
As Chainz tried to verbally enforce her self imposed dominance over him, he took another visit to the drinking bar. Simply walking through the counter, he then made a show of ignoring her again in favor of finding a good drink. Upon discovering a particular brand, he removed the cap while glancing at Chainz with a raised brow. “Live free? Oh my dear don’t fret, I intend to. But aside from living free, life means nothing unless you throw caution to the wind. However the only thing you have to offer me for my services is entertainment. If someone were to bring up an even grander form of entertainment.. Things would get interesting, yes?” Ending his words with a playful wink he smiled.
The demon then leaned forward on the counter and stared at Chainz as he took a drink. He never could stay on one side of a battle for long. Things always became dull. And with tensions high between Chainz and himself, life was so fun he kept wondering if he should just pretend to upset her for the hell of it. Once he was finished with a refreshing gulp, he chuckled ominously. “You’re lucky though.. I haven’t had this much fun since I escaped from hell. So if things get boring, I’ll stick around for a short while just to see if things pick up.”

Chainz smirked as Wraith ignored her. Her had more balls than many of the others. Watching him search for alcohol, then sip it, she smirked yet again. As he continued to rant on about entertainment and his service, she chuckled. "And just what service have we asked from you? You are merely here because of Raven.. Speaking of which, where is that ass?" She growled, folding her arms.
Elle let her eyes rest furiously upon Wraith. She remember the first time she had met her. He had grabbed her lock, an the two exchanged quarreling words. The female was wonderful at holding grudges.
Kayde and Nyx were both lapping the blood vigorously, but as a growl was unleashed from Elle's lips, Kayde joined in, followed by Nyx. A chorus of growls. Raising a brow, Chainz spoke. "Seems you have created quite the problem here.."

With a clever smile Wraith stared evenly back at Chainz. “I’m not waiting here for Raven. I’m waiting for this werewolf’s friends. All I offered you was the promise that Raven would die. I did not say when he would die, nor did you demand me to perform anything to your liking when we first made this truce. So you’ve no right to complain about any delays. If you wish to take things into your own hands, though..” The demon shrugged casually as he again walked through the counter and towards the pair of females. “I have no objections. But that would void our deal, of course. So I can’t guarantee I won’t stick my nose in things that no longer concern me.”
Not paying a moment’s attention to the dirge of hostility within the room, Wraith let out a brief laugh. “I have caused a problem? You’re quite mistaken, Chainz. You’re the one who sought me out on your own accord. It’s your fault for any disagreements tonight. And if anything, I should be upset with you, interrupting my billiards game, and doubting my word. Not to mention a foul mood always spoils liquor.” He easily shattered the glass bottle in his hand, not caring about any minor cuts from the glass.
Removing a shard from his hand he placed it on his tongue and toyed with it in his mouth for a moment. “I don’t go telling you or your friend how to shake your hips during your little sex games with mortals, and I’m sure I don’t need your help on getting my own jobs done.” Wrath turned his head towards Jake for a moment before spitting out the shard. The piece of glass embedded itself in the lycan’s side, spilling more crimson liquid onto the green felt covering the pool table. “Simple murder isn’t enough. There is a grander scale to keep in mind, the overall picture, if you will!”

Chainz let a smirk cover her lips. He was observant. Much more clever than Raven. Much more demanding and secure than most of the others. Honestly, he reminded her of Willym... Minus the fact they weren't seconds from having sex, an lust wasn't smothering them in the room.
Shaking the annoying interruption from her mind, she glanced at Elle, letting a chuckle escape her lips. "I;d like to see you try and instruct her how to move her hips.. That would be entertaining.. " She mumbled.
Elle let her eyes fall upon Wraith, and take him in, truly take him in, for the first time. He was rather annoying.. And irritated her to no end.. But the way he held himself.. The way he stood up for himself, and demanded the same cunning respect Chainz always held.. She was fascinated. He was someone she needed to get close to.. Her days were numbered with Chainz, and she knew it. Her eyes fell upon the bandages upon his eyes, and Keera flashed into her mind. She never realized how much in common he, Raven, and Keera were.. Perhaps she was in the wrong alliance? Did the three have an alliance?
Curiosity played with her features before she returned her focus to Chainz, who was glaring at the female. She hadn't voiced her thoughts... Had she been so obvious?
Chainz let her glare slide from Elle back towards Wraith. Placing a hand on her hip, she let her brow wrinkle. "Tell me, what do you get from all of this? Why am I finding you at the source of every obstacle, every annoyance I am facing? You're interrupting my entertainment and my plans.." She seethed.
The demon dogs had stopped licking Jacob's blood. the two were watching the females, and Wraith. Silence echoed around them as their attention diverted towards the glass in Wraiths hands. When he crushed it, they growled, fur raising. Kayde's saliva was already becoming acidic, burning the poorly carpeted flooring.

Wraith let out another curt laugh at her initial reply before shrugging and hiding his hands in his pockets. “Interesting, you say? Don’t be so naïve. A demon doesn’t discriminate when it comes to sinning. It’s more like, badges of honor, for us. One of the sweetest of joys is the many forbidden fruits of passion. Swaying an innocent or even a damned soul down a path of self-destruction, watching as they become trapped as their weak will succumbs to their bodily needs, boy, girl, human, angel, it matters not except for their pure and utter desecration and untimely end!” Catching Elle’s eye once he stopped talking, he stared back at her in a similar calculating manner. Reading her body language carefully he chuckled. “If you’re wondering about those hip shaking lessons, I don’t have the time now. But come look for me after if you still wish to learn something.”
It was a discreet invitation to Elle to look for him later to discuss what was on her mind, for it was obvious that she was curious about something. Whether she, or even Chainz caught the coded message though remained to be seen. His attention diverted back to Chainz as she spoke again. Relishing in the fact that he could get under her skin so easily, he swaggered over to Jake and pulled out his cue stick from the werewolf’s stomach before answering, his back still facing Chainz. “Why, you ask? Heh, maybe it’s destiny.” His hand brought up the stick close to his mouth, and he dragged the pole across his tongue as he turned around, savoring every last drop of blood he could catch. “But you know I’m not after money, or power. I can get either of those on my own. So what then, do you think I’m seeking?”
He gave her a few seconds to ponder over his words before continuing. “You seem to have answered your own question without even realizing it, hm? Interrupting your entertainment, is my entertainment. Out of everyone I keep tabs on, you seem to always have something fun up your sleeve, and you do so hate it when your plans are ruined. But what I find the most entertaining, is defying you, challenging you, and ultimately, being able to say ‘no’ to you and get away with it.” Tapping his cue stick against his shoulder he smiled at her. “My allegiance is to no one. But if you want me to stop my antics, I am willing to temporarily cast a blind eye to your fun in exchange for something I would consider worth the trouble.”

Chainz's face was burning with rage. Wraith was counting down the day's until she snapped. He had never seen her at her worst.. Why did she still allow him to live? He had some control over Raven. Until Raven was dead, she would have to let him live.. And he was making sure to burn every bridge he had while he was waiting.
Her eyes flashed as he tried to push her further into her pit of hate. Controlling her self temporarily, she folded her arms again, resituating herself before taking a deep breath. Before she could lash out, he spoke of his allegiance. That brought laughter to her lips.
"Who wanted your allegiance? I do not believe I ever asked for your allegiance.. I may have asked a favor, but never your allegiance. One little demon that can walk through walls is hardly worth chasing down. The only thing that allows you to continue your pathetic excuse of a life is that you are still tied to Raven.." She scoffed
"And as for you casting a blind eye, there is nothing worth giving. What could you possibly want in exchange for such a pathetic offer?"

Though leaving had torn her beating heart from her chest, Alura had silently escaped Syrenia's would-be execution undetected and moved with haste to the point where Wraith had spoken of. If she lost Jacob ontop of losing Syrenia she'd never forgive herself. She, formerly was a warrioress- a strong gaurd, with a clear mind. But the ties of her emotions lately had seemed to render her weaker. With a strifeful heart, and wrathful vengance, she had departed to the villages- to retrieve him. At this point, there was nothing she wouldn't do to save Jake. Aside from Lemartes, he was the only male that she had ever loved- platonicly, that is. A friendship that went past simple bonds, Jake was family in her eyes. Family, she would die to save.
Alura wore her warrior apparel, the leather straps fitting tightly around her well muscled, toned and feminine frame. Her dark, copper-bronze eyes were weathered and filled with a rageful hatred, such a vicious, cold expression on such a beautiful, now predatorial face. In her slender, yet capeable hands was her sword's hilt. The blade shone menacingly in the pale nocturnal light, while she perched on a street light outside of the bar.
Shifting impeccably, she modified her ears, to the standard of a bat's, and eavesdropped on the conversation within the old villa building.
What she heard made her stomach churn with agony. Jake was in pain alright, she could hear it from the muffled, distraught noises that seemed to emit from him. As for her opposition... Two women, and wraith. Her jaw tightened, and the shiftress returned to her 'human' facade and leapt down with cat-like reflexes.
When she reached the bar door, she lifted a long, amazonian leg and smashed her heel into the wood, sending her block from it's hinges and onto the floor. Upon the threshold she stood, her hard body tensed, rippling as the anger pulsated through her with the sight of Jake. She lifted her blade slightly, cautiously. If she could barter her way through this, and not cause a scuffle, that- would be her objective.
Shifting, she moved her dark, bronze eyes to Wraith. "I've come, like you said. Speak."

Placing the tip of his cue stick down on the ground Wraith leaned on it like a cane. His mouth opened up to answer Chainz but he was interrupted as the door was forced in off its hinges and fell on the ground with a clatter. “Looks like my guest is here.. I’ll be having to ask you and Elle to leave now Chainz. Just keep in mind what I said.” A momentary flicker of light drew his attention to the woman in the doorway, and soon after his eyes spotted the female’s weapon. Similar thoughts ran through his mind, and for a moment he wondered if Alura would try to take Jake back by force. Clearing his throat as she addressed him he made his way over to the table that held Jacob. Sitting on the edge he smiled at the shifter before speaking.
“My, my. So hasty you are. And to think I even went out of my way to save your friend from death! But I suppose serious times should be taken seriously, yes? So I’ll get to the point then.” Legs dangling over the ground he reached over to the nearest cue stick pinning Jacob down. Pulling it out without much care he tossed it aside. “I would like you, to do something that would benefit us all. Think you’re up to a little game of cat and mouse? This certain rat with wings, was the one who nearly had poor Jake here killed because of his association with someone this rat didn’t like. I could tell you where he is, if you would like to know. I’m not sure if you’ve heard of him though.”

Alura's hard, icy expression did not change as Wraith addressed her. Watching him with deadly intent, she tightened her jaw and slowly lowered her sword, allowing it's tip to make contact with the floor. As he moved to the table where her dear friend lay, she pressed her lips together, and forced herself to remain still. If she surrendered to her instinct, the damned creature before her would find himself decapitated. however, knowing that his.. friends would not take kindly to that, she withstood the pull to maim and kill. 'Jake must be saved' she reminded herself silently, while her body ached to kill her enemies.
At the mention of her becomming a mercinary of sorts sne narrowed her eyes and wrinkled her nose. Upon normal occasions, she would never associate with these foul creatures. Straining her body to remain still, she nodded slowly. "Name the being and he is as good as dead. First, you will release my Jacob, and as he is regaining health, I will disembowl, decapitate- destroy your 'winged rat'. But, I do not trust you, and believe that if you do not return what is mine.." She notioned to Jacob "..that he will not last longer than the moment I depart. You see my dillema."

Wraith could feel Alura’s hostile intentions like real knives poking at his body. That was all well and dandy. She was in the mood to kill something, might as well as make use of it and not waste the chance. Removing the last of the cue sticks he then placed his hands in his pockets, standing on the opposite side of the table from the angry shifter. “By all means, I had no intention of keeping him here under my custody. And the person that nearly had your friend killed, goes by the name Raven. He certainly is a winged rat, since he’s a fallen angel.” The demon kept a close watch over Alura’s body, keeping track of any hints of treachery in her body language. “I can help you get close to him, but that’s all I can do. The rest will be up to you.”
He had to admit, even he thought it was a sketchy offer, but revenge seemed to be enough fuel for the fire at the moment. “Raven doesn’t leave the Cove of Misery very often, but I think I can arrange something for you to have a chance to take his head. He’s a very.. Special man, that has interesting hobbies, having to deal with torture and the like. I’m sure he’d jump at the chance to have his own fun on you. Of course I’ll be sure to see to it that little if any harm befalls onto you.” Walking around the table he swaggered over to the shifter with a grin. “You don’t trust me. But that’s okay. I don’t trust you either. But we both want Raven dead, so I’m sure we’ll be friends for now, huh?”

A small pang of relief flickered within her as the wretched creature removed the last cue from her Jacob. A scarce amount of electricity left the air, but the unspoken tension between the two seemed to swell. Her expression darkened, and the want for death radiating from her seemed to explode within the small enclosure. Sheathing her sword, she mauled the information Wraith gave her within her mind, paying little attention to teh conversation filler he instilled.
She glared daggers at him, threatiningly. She wouldn't put it past him to use trickery, but had little choice but to agree and fill hs request. She moved silently, agilely- like a feline to the pool table, paying little attention as Wraith approached. Off handedly, she nodded and growled something under her breath, eyes glued to Jacob. "...Friends? No. A momentary Ally, if anything. For now, we will.. be allies..." She placed a gentle hand on Jacob's cheek.
Her shoulders tensed, and she turned to face Wraith. "I do not require your protection however. Get me close to the target, and he's as good as dead. I was trained to kill. Every angle I see is a possible fatality. Look. Just make sure I get to the bastard, and he's dead." She growled, appearing much like an amazonian warrior, her aura powerful- deadly.

Wraith halted his advance on Alura, and simply smiled. He had no experience fighting against a shapeshifter, and he didn’t feel like testing his luck with one of their leaders at the moment either. One false step and he really might be going home with a missing limb, if he got home at all. Giving Alura room to inspect Jacob the demon then shrugged even though she couldn’t see it. “Very well then, allies sounds fine to me. And I’ll get you close, don’t worry about that. I’m confident I can lure him out of the Cove but he’ll be armed and ready for anything if he does leave. So if you don’t mind I’ll be in the vicinity when you two face off. Unless you wish to kill him in his sleep or something of the sort..”
He had to admit this woman’s aura was lethal indeed. And it pleased him to no end in being able to feel it. To bask in it’s glory, if you will. This shifter was a perfect killing machine, whether she admitted it or not. Lemartes was a very lucky man to have such a powerful woman at his side. Positive that Raven would meet his match soon enough, he cleared his throat to get her attention. “Why don’t you put him somewhere safe in town? Your friend, I mean. And when you are comfortable with leaving him be, I will bring Raven into town. That good enough for you?”

When he retreated somewhat, to allow her to inspect Jacob, her raw nerves, though still on edge cooled somewhat. She was very aware of the Demon's location, and kept her sword hand down near the hilt, ready for him to try anything foolish. Jake's condition brought bile into her throat. Though her expression remained the hard, calloused wrathful expression she had entered with, inside, she was the burning woman. Feeling as though she had yet again failed. Oh, but that would soon be surpassed. She'd make Raven wish he was never brought into exsistence. He would pay, and pay dearly.
Almost accustomed to the eerie silence, which was only broken by the sound of both breathing and heartbeats by the creatures in the room, the clearing of Wraith's throat seemed to jolt Alura's attention fully to him. Her hand was gripping the hilt of ehr sword, and she had moved, with impeccable speed to face him, her eyes loced on his face, expression dark, sharp. Realizing that he had only been attracting her attention, she relented on her ferocity fleetingly, and squared her shoulders. "No. He will be brought back to my personal quarters in Caracoa, where I know he will be safe. The Lycans have been tainted, and only my home is safe enough for my taste." She said with a deadly finality, almost daring him to question her.
"As for Raven. I'll make him wish he were never brought into exsistence... You may witness if you please, but do not insult me. I will not require assistance."

Wraith raised a brow as she whirled around on him with her hand ready to slice him in half. “Hm.. Didn’t think I was that distasteful.. I am a demon, but that was just rude.” Simply smiling as she seemingly wanted him to pick a fight, he shook his head as he leaned back against another table. “I have no qualms of where you’re leaving your friend. His health is none of my concern, even if I did save him from death. And I’ve yet to see any gratitude for that as well, but that’s beside the point. I didn’t do this as a favor to you, so maybe I shouldn’t expect your thanks anyways.” He kept his gaze calm and straight, not wanting to set off the situation’s already short fuse.
“Think of it as killing two birds with one stone. You get your friend back, safe and um.. relatively unharmed, and an enemy of yours bites the dust. An enemy who just so happens to be the one who got Jacob mixed into this whole mess.” His smile widened into a grin at her final threat. “Oh-ho, I have no intention of helping you, even if you are in a jam. My only concern is Raven’s death, and since you’ve taken me up on this on your own accord, I think I can rest assured you’ll go all out against him. Hope you can dodge bullets though, heh..”

Alura looked at Wraith with a deadly expression upon her face, his arrogance wore on her thin patience. A deal, however- was a deal. She turned slowly to him and shrugged. "My skin is impervious to bullets." She threw back, blandly.
Leaning foreward, she cradled and arm beneath Jacob's head and frowning. "It's alright Jake, you'll be ok... I promise..." SHe murmured softly, before heaving him up into her arms. For a moment, she almost appeared as if struggling, but simply adapted her body to handle the weight.
Casting a sideways glance to Wraith she nodded. "I'll... meet you at the cove." With out another word, she moved toward the door.

"Eh? Tch, bullet-proof, she says." Covering his face with his hand he chuckled. Did she really think that Raven would go down so easily? Shrugging more to himself then her, he grinned and glanced back at her. "Very well then, shifter. For now, we're allies. But only until Raven is dead. Once you are prepared, come to the Cove. I, will find you. And then you will have your revenge for your friend." He walked out of the building behind her, but kept a healthy distance away from the furious woman. But once they were on the streets, he took a road opposite of her own, not really caring where it took him. A new day had dawned, and he felt like killing something.
Watching carefully from above, an undected being glided silently on the morning's current. Sharp eyes zoomed in upon the female carrying her friend, and then towards the demon headed in the opposite direction. Clearly something questionable had just happened, but the falcon could only speculate as he circled overhead. But despite the situation, he decided to save his questions for later. Alura was headed back to their home, and Jake would need tending to. The soft hush of beating wings echoed dully in the air as Lemartes flew off, homeward bound.
