During his life, Lemartes found no era as exciting as the medieval ages, and thus his train of thought has developed to reflect this. Keeping strict discipline over his people, he rules his land fairly and justly, with little remorse for invaders. He is quite a patient being, but even his tolerance has a limit.
Appearance:
For the most part, this is what Lemartes will show himself as. He can take many shapes and forms, but when he needs to speak with other races, he will choose this body.
History:
Not much can be said here, for even Lemartes can’t remember a good portion of his past. He has seen the rise and fall of many nations, and has lived to tell the tales of many battles. Especially the one close call that almost wiped his kind out. During the fight for Alkara, he knew that without the aid of the werewolves, his homeland would have been desecrated by the foul vampires of the night, and is forever grateful to them for their help.
However, it was not until after the war that Lemartes rose to claim leadership over his people, for their old Lord had been assassinated after the treaty signed by the shapeshifters and the werewolves. It was his last wish that peace should be brought back to the land, and before the old King passed on, Lemartes vowed to uphold his predesecor’s will through any means necessary.
