'Through your eyes I see a soul' The cascading waters before her seemed to glow as the sun set, it's golden rays caressing the raging liquid once more, as if bidding it farewell before it's long night departure. Her terquoise eyes shifted to the darkening sky, and a vauge smile creased her lips as she watched its slow transformation from pale shades of magenta and lavender, to the un-yeilding navy of the night sky. Shirine shook her head and shoved her hands into the pockets of her snug denim jeans while sighing. It seemed insane. Insane that she'd been drawn to this relm. Where the pending war would side her with her only true enemy (Justine). Shifting her weight from the balls of ehr feet to the heels, she raised a brow and smiled, shaking her head, almost annoyed with herself. If she was so damn unsettled with working with Justine, why hadn't she left? She sighed exasperatedly before answering herself, a bitter tone in her naturally seductive voice. "Because you're tired of hiding your power." She laughed to herself before blinking down at her wardrobe. It wasn't anything special really, fade-wash jeans and a grey spaghetti-straped shirt. It wasn't a great choice of clothes, but it did show-case her curvy form. She shook her head and again sighed before blinking back at the waterfall. How intreiguing. 'Look through mine, you'll see a hole...'

The man walked slowly through the tree's. Stopping here and there to watch the willow branches sway. The sound of the rushing waterfall relaxed his tense form gently, flooding him of memories that he soon dismissed.
He came here to think. It was the one place he allowed himself to be free of the hate that consumed him. The one place he would refuse to fight in, afraid to ruin its beauty. The cascading falls always made him smile inside, though he never showed it on the outside. Stepping into the clearing, he looked up the see the wonder of the waterfall, surprised by the beauty that stood before him. Furrowing his brow, he looked around her figure, though he was tempted to force his eyes back to her. He was past her, to the edge of the water, where he splashed his face gently.
Standing back up, he shoved his sword into the ground, and leaned on it, gazing out onto the lake. He was surprised by his own reactions. No woman had stirred that feeling in him in a long time. He didn't think he still had it..but..Something about her..

Shirine, who had been completely absorbed in her thoughts hadn't noticed the man until he'd walked past her to the water's edge. A soft shade of pale pink brushed the bridge of her nose as her eyes traced the muscle in his back, making her heart beat some-what faster. His masculinity made her senses sharp, yet, weary. She allowed a smile to cross her lips as she took a few steps foreward, sitting at the waters' edge, a few meters away from him, stealing glances when she was sure he wasn't aware. 'I'm being juvinile.' She thought while running a hand through her lush chestnut hair and surpressing a laugh. It was so obsurd. Why hadn't she said anything? She blinked down at the clear waters before licking her lips. "It's nice." She paused and cast a long look toward Enric, intreigue clear in her expression. "Out here I mean. Calm, quiet..." She broke off and laced her fingers before laying them on her lap.

He looked down at her, his eyes glued to her porcelain features. Tearing his eyes forcefully from her lovely face. "Yeah. " He replied. His voice was gruff, and hard, He hadn't spoken to a female, not one word, since that night. Something about her though, made him want to speak, and he loathed that feeling.
Leaving his sword in the ground, he sat, cross legged. Keeping his eyes on the gentle waters, he merely stole glances of her reflection, refusing to look anywhere but her face. Thrusting his bangs from his face, he leaned forward, covering his face with his hands in thought.

Shirine raised her brows at his response and actions, merely shrugging and looking foreward. SHe bit ehr lower lip and shook her head before shifting her hooded eyes to the forest around them. It seemed almost ironic, how romantic the place was-- and how they were complete strangers. She smiled and shook her head. It wasn't remotely funny; how couples had been becomming more and more like strangers sharing a bed, each night... She laughed softly and lifted a hand, cupping her chin thoughtfully, amusement clear in her posture. She blinked over at Enric and smiled. He was quite the fellow, wasn't he? She closed her eyes and sighed, allready he'd flooded her mind's eye, making her somewhat nervous as all she could picture were his muscular appendages and morose expression...

He watched her as she shifted her gaze, and watched her expression change as she began to think. she was a lovely sight..He seemed to different from Ruby..She had always been so forceful..So alive, out there...He, at times, found it fun, but mostly unnerving. He didn't like being the center of attention, and Ruby did, dragging him with her...This girl next to him...Was so different...It attracted him.
Turning his gaze back to the waterfall, he tensed as he began to speak. "I love the tree's..How they balance the falls...The rumbling water sending ripples down their reflections...Its relaxing...." He waited for her answer. With Ruby, she would have knocked him clean...It was all nonsense to her, she didn't care about anything else around her, never did.

Shirine looked as if she was stirring from some sort of daze when he spoke. She raised a brow while looking over at him and smiling. "...It is a rather enchanting scene." She paused and placed her hand down in the cool grasses, her fingers streaching out on the vegitation. "Majestic, rather...." Tilting her head back, she smiled and looked up at the stars. "Though it is hard to fathom a place such as this could be anywhere near the valley of silence." she murmered, shifting her now troubled gaze from the sky to the falls infront of them. He was quite an interesting fellow. She smiled and absent mindedly tugged at a strand of her silk-like hair before stealing another glance at him and lifted a hand, resting it gently on her soft lips.

Watching her as she spoke, he smiled. "Ahh...But the Valley holds its own radiant beauty. You just need to know where to find it." She answered, turning his gaze to the sky. Turning to face her, he spoke again. "Beautiful really.." He said softly, watching her as she twisted her hair. Turning his steely gaze from her, he looked back up at the stars. He hadn't taken the time to watch the stars since Ruby had been stolen from him...They were lovely..But the woman sitting next to him...Made the stars seem dull..

((Awww! That's SO sweet -^^-)) She blinked a few times before slowly nodding. "The world, inevitably has become a dark place. It's sad really-- even the most beautiful places can hold death, dismay and evil." She broke off and offered a smile while shrugging, still facing him. "My name's Shirina..." She blinked at the ground. It seemed fitting to introduce herself as they'd been conversing so philiosophically. She held out her hand, while allowing ehr soft pink lips to curve up in a smile. It had been a while since she'd talked to anyone with something good to say, and she was grateful for his company.

((Lol. Thankies. I here it in every damn romance film...Figured would throw it in...))
He looked down at her hand, and took it in his rough one. "Enric." He replied gently. He offered no smile, just hiss gruff demeanor as he looked away from her. slowly, he laid on his back, placing his hands behind his head. "Are you waiting for someone?" Presumably your love.. H thought to himself as he gaze up at the stars. One as lovely as her would not be alone, for sure. He waited for her to say anything, anything at all...It was then he realized he was hanging onto her every word, memorizing her voice. Closing his eyes, he sighed gently.

Shirine raised her brows. "Waiting for someone?" She shook her head and frowned. "...I assume you mean a lover?" She shook her head and sighed thoughtfully. "No, though sometimes I wish I were." Closing her eyes, she smiled and half-shivered at the cool night breeze. "Are you?" She asked, her tone wavering.

He heard the waver in her voice, and shifted gently. "No." He told her, his voice emotionless..cold almost. "Is there a reason one as lovely as you is out late at night by herself?" He asked her, looking over at her face.

She laughed somberly, her expression blank. Had he just complimented her? A blush dappled her thin cheeks. That was sweet of him; unless he was only being polite... She shifted and shrugged slowly. "Like everyone else in this damn place I'm condemned." She paused. "Well, at least from normal society." Sighing softly she blinked at the sky. "People seem to get edgy once they find out you can manipulate fire and darkness." She blinked at him, amusement dancing in her eyes. "And yourself?"

"Hm. Myself? Most people just don't tend to feel comfortable around someone..Quite like me.." He answered her, his eyes flashing somewhat uncomfortably. Looking out over the water, he rose."Fire and Shadow..Deadly combination.." He smiled lightly, his eyes cast in shadows."Still, I find the quiet life, a bit more relaxing, easier to live."

She raised her brows at him and cleared ehr throat. "I don't mean to be rude... But what does 'Someone like me' exactally mean?" She inquired, rising to her feet. She shrugged and blinked at teh cascading falls while frowning. "Yes. More dangerous than most people think..." She murmered running a hand through her chestnut hued bangs and frowning.

He let a small smmile come to his lips before answering. "I dont have one of the brightest histories, and I tend to travel down the wrong paths.." He told her, growing more easy around her alluring presence.
Tilting his head back, her watched her. His finger tiops tingled as she ran her hand through her hair. Releasing her from his mind, He shuffled to his feet, picking up his sword. "Well, I hope I havn't intruded on yor night."
